Bill and Account Enquiries
If you have a metered account and have questions regarding your account, payment, or a have a billing question, call the Affinity Water helpline on 0345 357 2401. Call 0345 357 2402 instead if you have a non-metered account. The Affinity Water support team can explain charges on your bill, help with high consumption, and work with you if you need to make payment arrangements on a past due balance.

Water Supply Enquiries
Dial the Affinity Water telephone number on 0345 357 2407 to report a loss of water supply, water pressure problems, water quality problems, or water disruption. The Affinity Water support hours for water supply enquiries are Monday through Friday from 7am – 8pm & Saturday – Sunday from 8am – 4pm (an emergency service operates outside of these hours). If you need to report a leak, contact Affinity Water on 0800 376 5325. The contact number is open to customers 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. If you are moving home and have a metered account, call the Affinity Water contact number on 0345 357 2401 to make the proper arrangements. If you have a non-metered account, dial the Affinity Water customer service number on 0345 357 2402 instead. If you wish to submit a service transfer request online, use the form found here: https://www.affinitywater.co.uk/moving-home.aspx. The form covers moving in, moving within and moving out of the service area. When contacting Affinity Water with a move home request, be prepared to provide the following information:
- A meter read for your property (if your property has a meter)
- The number of occupants at your new property
- Details of any new or previous occupants

Submit Meter Readings
To submit a water meter reading, call the Affinity Water telephone number on 0345 357 2401. If you wish to submit a reading via SMS, start your message with the word READ followed by your customer number and meter reading to 07781 474 715. Readings can also be submitted by voicemail when you call the Affinity Water customer service number on 0345 357 2401. To do this, select option 3 to leave a voicemail, and be sure to include your customer number. There is also the option to submit a meter reading online. Affinity Water Complaints Phone Number
The first step to submitting Affinity Water complaints is to contact the Affinity Water support team on 0345 357 2401. If you are unable to solve the issue by speaking with the support team, you will need to contact the Consumer Council for Water. To do this, call 0300 034 2222, Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5pm.
